COURSE DESCRIPTION

Find the benefits you've been seeking in Real Beginner's Yoga — safely, and at your own pace. Classes will clarify the elements in each yoga posture and adapt them to fit your body type. Gentle hands-on guidance from the instructor will help you to manage your particular challenges with more ease, deepening the pleasure of yoga.

THE TEACHER

JOAN ARNOLD is a certified Alexander Technique Teacher with a private practice in Greenwich Village and Park Slope. She has been a movement professional for over 25 years as a dancer, dance teacher, exercise instructor and personal trainer. Now a certified yoga instructor in the Anusara style, she teaches workshops to Yoga centers around the country.
