    Try the easy way . . .

      Imagine all the tension flowing from your neck and shoulders down through your arm and out through your fingertips.

      Now place your hand loosely back on the mouse, keeping your elbow by your side.

    Adjust . . .

      If you can’t keep your elbows by your side you are sitting too far away from your desk. You may have to move closer to your keyboard and mouse. Make sure your monitor is directly in front of you, not to the right or left.
